The Newport-to-Ensenada race got underway amid beautiful blue skies and 10-knot winds that made for a picture-perfect day on the water. Photographer Jim Collins was on hand to record the Sleeper and Tom Barclay’s Solar Winds, among others, blowing past the start line and off to Ensenada (above), and the start of the PHRF A Class, below.
