Newport Beach families can make a memory or two this weekend at Circus Vargas, a traditional big top circus that features aerialists, acrobats, comedians and more.
“When I come to work, I know I’m going to be creating a memory (for a guest) that lasts a lifetime,” said Circus Vargas host Jon Weiss. “There’s no form of entertainment like Circus Vargas.”
This year, Circus Vargas is bringing the culture of the world to the stage. The show includes a series of vignettes depicting the experiences, memories and visions of a traveling circus performer.
“Join us on a captivating jaunt across the globe,” the 2011 flier for the circus states.
The show is an intimate, interactive and awe-inspiring spectacle, Weiss said, kids and adults alike are sure to have a good time.
Guests even get to meet the performers after the show.
Circus Vargas is a fun and affordable way to spend some time with family, relax and enjoy a show, Weiss said.
“Just think about family and fun,” he said. “The memories you’ll create together are worth way more than the price of a ticket.”
