Wednesday was National Letter of Intent signing day for football, soccer, boys’ water polo, track, and cross country and local student athletes at various schools were honored as they committed to the colleges of their choice.

Friends, family, teammates and coaches all showed up for the events to support the student athletes. Many of the signing seniors wore shirts and sweaters from their soon-to-be universities, as they signed and agreed to attend the institution full-time for one academic year while the institution provides financial aid.
