Fashion Island is set to welcome four new retail tenants, including a first-in-California lifestyle and gift boutique and a new flagship destination for an Orange County swimwear favorite.
“These new additions to Fashion Island expand on our vision for the center – to provide a compelling and unique mix of retailers,” said Easther Liu, chief marketing officer for Irvine Company Retail Properties. “We strive to give our shoppers exclusive shopping options, including many that are first to market or first in California. We are thrilled to open these four new stores and know they will become fast-favorites for our local communities.”
The stores include: The Celect, an independent men’s and women’s fashion retailer inspired by international style; K. Hall Designs, a lifestyle gift boutique with a focus on made-in-America personal care and home fragrance products such as candles, soaps, lotions, bath salts, reed diffusers and more; SwimSpot, a quick, easy and fun destination for the modern sun lover that offers swimwear and activewear brands that cater to the contemporary active woman; and ivivva, the lululemon line of activewear for young girls, which has moved its popular pop-up store to a new location right around the corner across from Tesla Motors.
