More than 200 costumed guests enjoyed a spook-tacular evening of sensory delights including cocktails, dinner, dancing and entertainment at The Laguna Playhouse’s “Moonlight Masquerade 2” – a sophisticated Halloween party at Tivoli, Too! in Laguna Beach. The event was held in celebration of the Playhouse’s 90th anniversary season.
Guests arrived in a variety of traditional and outlandish costumes for this sparkling evening of revelry that featured bewitching music by the All Stars Live band, spooky spirits and beverages, a frighteningly fabulous buffet dinner, a fortune teller, costume contests, mummy madness opportunity drawings and silent auctions, and more. Theater supporters and guests from Newport Beach included Henry and Deborah Mayhew, Ilona Martin, Newport Beach Indy columnists Christopher Trela and Stasha Surdyke, Michelle Bendetti, Bruce and Robin Voss, Vicki Hecht, and Jeff and Gwen Brady.
Proceeds from the party will benefit the many programs of The Laguna Playhouse, including the theatre’s award-winning education programs that bring the magic of live theater to more than 25,000 school children every year.
