Pro surfer Josh Kerr will be on hand Wednesday as the film “Kerrazy Kronicles,” which follows Kerr and his cohorts in their search for the perfect wave, premieres at the Lido Theatre.
Sponsored by Rusty, the premiere showing of the film – the debut from Kerr’s film company, Kerrazy Productions – will begin at 8 p.m.
Kerr, who is from Australia, exploded onto the surfing scene as a junior with stunning aerial skills, but has also proved himself to be a well-rounded surfer with big-wave abilities.
Friends, VIPs, sponsors, and fans will be present when the film debuts. Kerr also will be offering a live webcast on Rusty’s Facebook page.
Kerr, along with other surfers, will be available for photo opportunities and autographs before the screening. And an after-party will be held at the Blue Beet and will feature popular SoCal cover band, Flock of 80s.
Other Rusty team riders who will be at the theater signing autographs and taking pictures are Nate Yeomans, Damien Fahrenfort and Anthony Petruso.
A few tickets will be available at the door.
