Nearly 200,000 racing fans from all over, including Newport Beach, flocked to the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach this weekend to watch a variety of cars and trucks race around a winding 1.3-mile course. They could also bake in the sun, gobble down everything from turkey legs to tacos and withstand ear piercing body shaking cacophony for hours. All of this and more in order to witness a champagne spray victory dance. Next year the race is scheduled for April 13-15.
