This is Caroline Marks of the United States competing in the Van’s U.S. Open of Surfing Women’s Challenger Series last weekend in Huntington Beach. She reached the semifinals but was defeated by Macy Callaghan of Australia.
Marks qualified to surf for Team USA at the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympic Games, and was the youngest surfer ever to qualify for the women’s Championship Tour.
