On Sunday, March 27, Bluefin at Crystal Cove Promenade will host a fundraising brunch for the American Red Cross Japanese Disaster Relief Fund. One hundred percent of the proceeds will benefit the earthquake and tsunami victims in Japan.
From 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Bluefin will host a special all-you-can eat buffet-style brunch with three seatings by reservation, at 10:30 a.m., noon and 1:30 p.m. Admission to the event is a minimum $50 donation per person, and 100% of the donation is tax deductible. The menu will include a wide variety of appetizers, sushi, rolls and grilled items, as well as soda, beer and sake.
