The Newport Beach office of AlderLaw P.C., a California trial law firm representing seriously injured plaintiffs in litigation involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death and business torts, celebrates its one year anniversary this month.
The office has also added attorney Melanie Carpenter to its legal team.
“We are proud to be celebrating the one year anniversary of our Newport Beach office, and especially proud of the successes our lawyers have achieved. We plan to continue this success with the expansion of our legal team,” says AlderLaw P.C. Founder Michael Alder.
Ms. Carpenter focuses her practice on civil litigation, law and motion and alternative dispute resolution and mediation. Prior to joining the firm, she was managing attorney at Ledger Law Firm, PLC, in Newport Beach, where she handled various personal injury matters, including auto accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, commercial policies and public entities. She also successfully negotiated settlements for cases ranging from low impact soft tissue injury to severe catastrophic injury.
Ms. Carpenter obtained her Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in Lansing, Michigan and her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona, Tucson. She is currently a member of the Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles, as well as the Consumer Attorneys of California.
