Chef Josef Lageder of the Balboa Bay Club & Resort, right, is among the high-powered kitchen talent that will be participating in the upcoming Jazz in January fundraiser for the Ocean Institute. The two-day event, slated for Feb. 4 and 5, 2011, features a four-course dinner prepared by the chefs on Saturday night.
