Fashion Island announced that the luxury retailer Vince will open its first Orange County location at the center in late spring, 2011.
The Los Angeles-based contemporary lifestyle brand will offer its men and women’s collections.
The Fashion Island store will include the brand’s cashmere, leatherwear, trousers, detailed tops and outerwear. In the coming year, Vince will license handbags and footwear, which will be available at the new store in late fall, 2011.
Vince was launched in 2002 by Rea Laccone and Christopher LaPolice and has grown to 16 stores throughout the country. The brand will soon expand with international locations, including opening a boutique in London in 2011.
Owned by the Irvine Company, Fashion Island is home to Orange County’s only Neiman Marcus, as well as Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, Bloomingdale’s Home Store and Macy’s.
