Attorney Mark P. Robinson, Jr., Senor and founding partner at Robinson Calcagnie, Inc. has earned a Lifetime Achievement Award from one of the nation’s leading trial lawyer organizations, the American Association for Justice.

On the same day, the influential non-profit organization, The Public Justice Foundation, presented Robinson with the Champion of Justice Award for his lifelong career of standing up to automotive and pharmaceutical giants who manufactured dangerous and defective products.

Robinson received the lifetime achievement award at the annual American Association for Justice convention on July 24, and the Champion of Justice Award at the Public Justice Foundation’s annual Gala and Awards dinner the same day.

The Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes attorneys who have spent at least 20 years advocating for consumer safety in the courtroom, by advancing the rights of the wrongfully injured while significantly advancing the cause of justice.

“This is a tremendous honor and I’m humbled to join such a distinguished group of past recipients who’ve devoted their lives to fighting for the little guy,” said Robinson. “I’m most proud of the clients who I’ve had the privilege of representing in our battles against giant corporations that choose to put profit over peoples’ lives.”

The Champion of Justice Award was presented to Robinson for his lifelong career of standing up to automotive and pharmaceutical giants who manufactured dangerous and defective products.

Robinson’s passion for product liability law dates back to the late 1970s when, as co-lead attorney, he won a landmark lawsuit in Orange County, involving defective gas tanks in the Ford Pinto. More than 40 years later, his law practice has become a national leader in personal injury, products liability and business litigation.
