KENSINGTON, Calif., — Freed Associates, a California-based healthcare consultancy, has expanded their Southern California team with the appointment of Newport Beach resident Alan Little as Vice-President to help lead the Southern California team.
A successful business leader, Little brings over 15 years of experience in healthcare consulting to Freed Associates.
With a focus on rapid growth business environments, Little has significant expertise in high-impact business development, strategic planning, performance improvement, creative problem solving and enabling technologies.
Little previously held the position of vice president for SCAN Health Plan, where he led the organization’s strategic and operational business planning, finding innovative ways to enhance seniors’ ability to manage their own health. Prior to consulting, Little held senior business development positions at IBM and Nortel.
Little received a Master of Business Administration from University of California, Irvine and his Bachelor of Science from Pepperdine University.
